Legal Counsel carries out the activities below at the rectorate building.
1.To offer legal advice and/or opinions on any issue raised by Rectorate, General Secretariat, other departments and provincial organizations and which might result in legal, financial, administrative or penal sanctions,
2.To take penal measures which will provide solutions by affording advantage of the institution on time in order to eliminate legal controversy,
3.To work in order to negotiate contracts and written agreements regarding the institution, by which the institution will take advantage and any legal controversy will be eliminated,
4.To pursue and carry out legislation activities about examination and investigation reports which relate to the staff or any other issues and/or sent by Rectorate and General Secretariat,
5.To offer legal advice and/or opinions on drafts of laws, rules, regulations and guidelines requested by Rectorate,
6.To pursue, from the centre or onsite, litigation and execution for debt proceedings that are for or against the advantages of the institution,
7.To issue letter of warning and notifications on behalf of the institution, to reply to any notifications given to the institution by judicial / administrative authorities, debt enforcement office and notaries.
8.To represent Rectorate in the presence of judicial / administrative authorities, debt enforcement directorships, state and private institutions and organizations,
9.To carry out any activity stated in the legislation and assigned by Rectorate.
