Mission of Legal Counsel;
1- The task of ensuring the legal compliance of the actions and transactions of legal entity of Karabuk University;
a-) To ensure that the general regulatory administrative procedures of the University are established in accordance with the requirements of the above legislation,
b-) To contribute to the settlement of the problems sent to them by the university by giving legal opinions,
c-) To submit a solution proposal within the legal limits in case of a dispute arising out of the actions and procedures of the University,
2- To defend the rights and interests of the the legal entity of Karabuk University in the final analysis,
a-) To defend the University in front of the judicial and executive organs in the proceedings and enforcement proceedings filed against the university due to the actions and procedures of the University,
b-) To seek and obtain the rights and benefits of the university in administrative and judicial institutions,
Vision of Legal Counsel;
To establish all kinds of actions and processes in all the units of the university within the boundaries drawn by the legislation in accordance with the general principles of law, equality and fairness by constituting strong legal control mechanisms.
